With record crowds still lining up every morning for iPad2 arrivals, as well as overwhelming appointment volume, Apple Stores across the globe have had to resort to asking customers to wait outside of their stores, to lower noise/crowd volume.  Without receiving support from local shopping centers, the store leadership teams have been forced to improvise when it comes to maximizing customer comfort by making benches used of the most plentiful and coincidentally, the least useful resource in the store.
